Book the work, take the photos on site, get the customer to sign, and send them a proper report before you've left the drive. It runs in your phone's browser and on the office computer. There's nothing to install.

Get a workspace

It's free during the beta. No card needed.

You sign in with this. A Gmail or Google Workspace address works.

What's in it

Photos stay with the job
Before and after shots, markup, video and voice notes, each stamped with the time and place. They're kept safely off your camera roll.
Works with no signal
In a loft or a basement? Take the photos anyway. They upload by themselves once you're back in signal.
Reports people read
Your logo, the photos, the checklist and the customer's signature in one link you can text or email.
The office side
A schedule you can drag jobs around on, a map of the day, repeat visits, timesheets and customer history.
Customers can book in
You get your own request page where customers send the job in with photos, so you know what you're walking into.
Texts that send themselves
Booking confirmations, "on my way", reminders the day before and review requests, all in your wording.

How the beta works

  1. Fill in the form. It takes about a minute.
  2. We set up your workspace and let you know when it's ready.
  3. Sign in with Google, add your logo, and invite up to 3 people.
  4. Use it on real jobs and tell us what's missing or annoying. That's the bit we need most.
